I currently sell original paintings. Each piece is unique and described as accurately as possible, including dimensions, materials, and colours.

Please note that colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

I may offer prints and commissioned work in the future, which will be subject to additional terms.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via secure payment providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

UK Shipping

I am currently offering shipping within the United Kingdom only.

  • Orders are dispatched within 14 working days

  • Delivery typically take (3-5 working days)  depending on location

  • All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery

International Shipping

If you are based outside the UK and interested in purchasing an artwork, please contact me at angelabull@icloud.com.

I am happy to discuss international shipping on a case-by-case basis.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs will be calculated individually

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Delivery times will vary depending on destination.

Delivery Responsibility

Once the order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility passes to the buyer. 

5. Returns & Refunds

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your artwork.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition

  • You must notify me within 14 days of delivery

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

6. Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photographs. I will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All artwork remains the copyright of Angela Bull.

The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the artwork without permission.

8. Future Commissions

If commissions are offered in future:

  • A non-refundable deposit will be required

  • Commissioned works are non-returnable unless faulty

9. Liability

I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or purchased artworks.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
