I hope you love your artwork, but if something isn’t right, you have the right to return your purchase.

Returns

You can return an artwork within 14 days of delivery.

The artwork must be:

• In its original condition

• Carefully packaged for return

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless:

• The item is damaged

• The wrong item was sent

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can resolve this quickly.

Future Commissions (Important)

Commissioned artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you.
